What you get back
You will not get a call back to book another call. Within two working days you get a written answer. For every payer you name, it covers four things:
- Is the panel open? Some panels are closed in your county for your provider type. When that is the case, no amount of paperwork changes it.
- Who actually credentials you? It is not always the payer on the card. Behavioral health is often handled by a separate company.
- What will it pay? We check the codes you send us against the fee schedule. Then you can see which contracts are worth signing.
- How long will it take? You get a real timeline for each application, and the order to file them in.
There is no charge. There is no obligation. And if the honest answer is that you do not need a credentialing service, we will tell you. That answer costs us a lead and saves you a retainer.
